Traffic Safety: Fire crews and helicopters will continue to be visible to the public. Motorists may observe movement of firefighting vehicles along State Route 38. Please be alert while traveling on the highway and yield the right-of-way to emergency personnel and vehicles. All Hwys Open: one-way controlled traffic on Hwy 38 approx 6 miles east of Angelus Oaks at Glass Road to Hathaway Road, 24 hours/day to 10/30 due to construction; motorists are subject to delays of up to 20 minutes.
